Daniel helped to brainstorm this project which was not something many people have done in their homes. I wanted a door hiding the staircase that goes upstairs to my speakasy bar which Daniel helped to build as well. As with all projects there were bumps in the road but Daniel worked thru all of them and it looks amazing. If you want to do something similar he is the man to call!
Dan and his team did a great job for us! He worked on both our kitchen and bathroom remodel and everything went perfectly. Renovate Pros were on-budget, ahead of schedule and they provided very high quality work. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and cost effective solution on the home remodeling front!
Our experience with Daniel at Renovate Pros was just what we needed.The scope: We added a 130 square-foot flex room and a 225 square-foot screened porch to the back of our home. Because our home is above grade, the foundation work was extensive. Our home also borders a wild area so special attention needs to be made for fire prevention according to code.The quote: Daniel spent a good deal of time upfront making sure he had what he needed to give us an accurate quote. For example, after the initial consultation it was clear he was going to need his guy to give him quotes for the two HVAC options we were considering. He took the time to come back out with his subcontractor to make sure he had accurate information for us. This was all before he had secured the job! We got three quotes for this job in addition to the quote we got from Daniel. One from a more “corporate” company and one from another “Mom and Popp” Contractor recommended from a friend. The corporate bid was very expensive and it was clear we were paying for all of that fancy marketing collateral and overhead. The other Mom and Popp bid was significantly less expensive than Daniel’s at first glance, but in reviewing the bid we saw they were missing several line items. Daniel wasn’t missing anything. All that attention to detail upfront sealed the deal for us. Throughout the whole process Daniel was the best communicator and took the time to get it right the first time. It never felt like he was trying to sell us on anything. It felt like he was consulting with us for the best result.The process: If you’ve never been through a permitted renovation before, be ready for lots of gaps and delays because you have to wait for inspections all along the way. Daniel did a good job communicating when the gaps and delays would come up. Everything went relatively smoothly and when there were things we needed to bring up he always responded a sense of ownership and made me feel like “the customer is always right”. One example was some concrete over spray during the foundation work. When the concrete subcontractor didn’t clean the area to my liking Daniel came and did it himself – with a smile too.The follow up: As with any job, there are going to be little things that come up after the fact. We had a couple of those things happen in the 2-3 months following the end of the project and Daniel responded immediately and appropriately each time. In the end it left us with even more confidence we chose the right partner for our project.I would definitely work with him again on a project of any size. I would even have him build a house for me!
Daniel and RenovatePros was great to work with. Our project was more on the medium scale, but still took us months to plan out. Daniel was patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. when any hiccup arose, which they tend to with projects of nearly any scale, Daniel not only helped to find solutions but was also fair in how he treated us when resolving (change orders, unforeseen/required work, touch up’s, etc.). I could easily imagine other contractors getting frustrated with clients, but never was that the case with Daniel and Team. We are more than happy with our completed project and are already in the early stages of planning our next project, a project where we will certainly be calling RenovatePros.
Had a bunch of dings and missing most of plaster on the corners of my walls because I am in an electric wheelchair and they came in and fixed the holes fixed corners . The next day I had them come back and put metal corner covers on most corners I am very pleased with the work they did in my house. I would recommend this company.

two jobs well done. daniel is great to work with and does what is expected on time at a reasonable price. of note – over 10 garage door specialists either refused to repair my wooden garage door saying it couldn’t be done or wanted to replace it for $12,000. daniel and his knowledgeable crew repaired it in 4 hours.
